We are specialists in delivering inclusive accessible dance workshops. Our dance workshops use music, movement, and props to provide a joyful and safe experience that your group will love!
We specialise in delivering sessions for care homes, SEN schools, youth organisations, older adult groups, Dementia groups, disability groups and other charities. Our workshops can be delivered seated (or from a wheelchair) or standing or a mixture of both; they are flexible and provide different variations to suit different abilities, making sure everyone can safely take part and enjoy the session. Our teachers will lead the workshops at the participants’ pace making sure that everyone feels comfortable and supported.

We can run workshops in a variety of dance styles including contemporary, musical theatre, street dance, line dancing, and more. When you book your workshop, please let us know if you would like it to focus on a particular style of dance.

SEN School Workshops & Classes
We are specialists in delivering dance classes and workshops for young people with disabilities, providing fun experiences that will be hard to forget.
All our sessions can be tailored to suit a variety of disabilities, including:

- PMLD students
We lead the sessions tailored to the participant’s pace, making sure that everyone feels comfortable and supported. Sessions can be delivered either from a wheelchair or standing, or a mixture of both. Sessions can incorporate the use of props and will use fun, popular music to engage the students providing various variations to suit different abilities and make sure that everyone who attends can take part and enjoy themselves. Sessions can include the learning of choreography or can be a sensory movement to music class, or anywhere in between depending on the needs of the students.
We can teach a variety of dance styles, including contemporary, street dance, and musical theatre and can also incorporate any learning themes that the students are focussing on that term. We can provide sessions that run weekly, monthly, termly or as a one-off workshop, whichever suits your school best.

Prices start from £60 per hour. (We offer regular booking and charity discounts.)
All dance teachers are qualified and highly experienced, DBS checked, and have had appropriate safeguarding training.
Care Homes

Our care home classes introduce dance in a way that is safe, accessible and most importantly enjoyable for all residents.

Our teachers will deliver the sessions at the residents’ pace making sure that everyone feels comfortable and supported. Sessions will be primarily chair-based but we can also provide standing movement if suitable for the residents. We are specialists in leading sessions for individuals with Dementia and Parkinson’s using music and movement to provide a joyful experience.
We recommend 45-minute sessions and can provide a FREE taster session.*
