We have exciting news for the Winchester community! Move Momentum is teaming up with Everyone Active to bring you an amazing opportunity: a free, accessible wheelchair dance workshop at Winchester Sport and Leisure Park!
This is your chance to experience the joy of movement, regardless of your age or ability. If you use a wheelchair (any kind) and are looking for some fun, a new activity, or simply a chance to connect with your community, you won’t want to miss this free workshop where you can experience the world of Liberate Dance!

The one-hour workshop is designed for you to discover the freedom of movement through adaptable dance, inspiring creativity and connection within a supportive, inclusive community.
Our mission is to provide accessible, inclusive and affordable dance education to everyone. We know that dance changes people’s lives because we witness it first-hand every day and it is proven that regular physical activity improves both physical and mental health. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of dance and we strive to make this a reality.
We are thrilled to be running this workshop in partnership with Everyone Active at Winchester Sport and Leisure Park. Everyone Active’s commitment to providing fully accessible facilities and their support in hosting this event are vital to the mission of ensuring that everyone has access to the joy and benefits of movement and dance.
