New wheelchair dance class launching Saturday 9 September 2023
We can’t wait to launch our new Saturday Liberate Dance class at Unit 12, Winnall, on Saturday 9 September 2023.
With our adult wheelchair dance class fully booked during the summer term and the waiting list growing, we’ve decided to add in an extra class.
“We’ve split the adult class by age,” explains Move Momentum CEO and dance teacher, Amanda. “So we now have Young Adult for ages 14-21 and Adult for those 21+.
“This is a really good way to promote the social aspect of the classes, ensuring that there’s a good mix of people likely to find more in common with each other age-wise.
“And of course, there’s the Liberate Dance Youth class for 7-13 year-olds which we’re loving doing.”
The new line-up for classes on Saturdays will be:

- Liberate Youth (ages 7-13)12:30-1:30pm
- Liberate Young Adult (ages 14-21) 2-3pm
- Liberate Adult (age 21+) 3:30-4:30pm
All classes are held at Unit 12, Winnall Valley Rd, Winchester SO23 0LD, and there’s plenty of on-site parking.
And if you’re too far away to come to the Winchester Saturday classes, or feel happier doing a class from the comfort of your own home – or if you want to do a mid-week class in addition to a Saturday studio session, our Liberate Online Zoom class (for any age) starts back after the summer break on 6 September 2023, 7-8pm.
