Get Ready to Move with Us This March! #MoveMomentumMarch is Coming!
Next month marks our annual #MoveMomentumMarch crowdfunding campaign, and we’re excited to share our plans with you. This year, we’re aiming to raise £7,000 to continue supporting our existing classes and launch two exciting new initiatives: classes for people over 50 and classes tailored for individuals with visual impairments. We believe everyone deserves the joy and benefits of dance, and your support will help us make that happen!
To reach our goal, we’ve got a fantastic lineup of events planned, and we’d love for you to be a part of them!

Sunday, March 2nd (11:00 am – 11:30 am): #LetsDancePJParty – Kick off #MoveMomentumMarch with a virtual dance party in your pyjamas! Join the Move Momentum team (also in PJs!) as we dance to some classic hits! This event is part of the Nation’s #LetsDance Campaign led by Angela Rippon. Join the fun here:

Saturday, March 15th (9:30 am – 5:30 pm): Bucket Collection at Tesco Winnall. Come and say hello and support us with a donation.

Saturday, March 22nd (10:00 am – 4:00 pm): Danceathon on Winchester High Street (St Maurice’s Covert). Show off your moves or simply enjoy the music and atmosphere!

Saturday, April 5th (from 6:30 pm): 5-Year Anniversary Celebration Event. Join us at the Mercure Wessex Hotel in Winchester for a special evening marking five years of Move Momentum as a charity. Book your tickets online here:

Saturday, April 12th: Support our volunteer Lynn as she participates in a 92km bike ride around the New Forest to raise funds for Move Momentum

Want to Lend a Hand? We Need You!
We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us with the following:
- Saturday, March 15th (9:30 am – 5:30 pm): Help us collect donations and hand out flyers at Tesco Winnall.
- Saturday, March 22nd (10:00 am – 4:00 pm): Support our Dance-a-thon by collecting donations and distributing flyers on the High Street.
