Join us for an unforgettable evening as we celebrate five incredible years of making dance accessible.
A Night to Remember
This special event promises a dazzling evening filled with inspiring stories, delicious food, captivating entertainment, and of course, plenty of dancing! Dust off your finest attire – evening gowns, cocktail dresses, and suits are highly encouraged – and prepare to be swept away by the magic of Move Momentum.

What to Expect:
- Inspiring Presentation: Hear from our CEO, Amanda Watkinson, as she shares the remarkable impact Move Momentum has made over the past five years. Prepare to be moved by stories of transformation and the power of dance.
- Delectable 3-Course Meal: Indulge in a delectable 3-course meal (menu details below).
- Dazzling Entertainment: Get ready to be entertained by the incredible local singer, Charlotte Lorenz.
- Exciting Lucky Squares: Try your luck with our exciting Lucky Squares game for a chance to win some fantastic prizes!
- Dance the Night Away: After the formalities, it’s time to let loose! Dance the night away to upbeat music and enjoy a lively disco atmosphere.
Dress code: Dress to impress! Evening gowns, cocktail dresses, and suits are encouraged.

- 18:30: Doors Open (Please note: entry before 6:30 pm is not possible. If you arrive early, please wait in the hotel bar area.)
- 19:30: 3-Course Meal Served
- 20:00: Presentation – 5 Years of Move Momentum
- 20:30: Live Entertainment from Charlotte Lorenz
- 21:15: Lucky Squares Draw & Fundraising Update
- 21:30: Live Entertainment from Charlotte Lorenz
- 22:15: Music/Disco
- 23:00: Event Finish
Tickets:
- Full Price: £65 per person
- Early Bird Discount: Available for purchases made before the end of February.
- Group Discounts: Available for groups of 3 or more. Be sure to select the correct ticket type to access these discounts!
- Under 18s: Welcome but must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (who must also purchase a ticket).
- Important: Tickets cannot be purchased at the door, and entry will be denied without a valid ticket.
All proceeds from this event will directly support Move Momentum’s mission to provide accessible, inclusive, and affordable dance classes for everyone.

Accessibility Information:
We want to ensure everyone can enjoy this event. Please note the following accessibility information:
- Access: Wheelchair/mobility access is available via a ramp and fire exit door at the rear of the hotel.
- Toilets: An accessible toilet is available in the basement level, accessible via a stairlift and elevator. Guests can operate the stairlift themselves or request assistance from staff. The stairlift has a weight limit of 250kg.
- Bar Access: The bar is also accessible via the stairlift. However, the venue has kindly agreed to provide table service to guests to mitigate this.
