To provide accessible, inclusive and affordable dance classes. We know dance changes people’s lives because we witness it first-hand and we believe that everyone should have access to a high-quality dance education enabling them to improve mental and physical well-being and enrich their quality of life.

OUR HISTORY

Move Momentum was founded in September 2016 by Lousie Todino, who was passionate about making dance accessible to everyone. We became a registered charity in April 2020 and have continued to grow our provision by providing more accessible dance classes to more people. We received the Prestige Award for Dance Class of the Year for South England in 2020 and 2022.
